The place is more like a resort than a hotel, with great swimming pool, access to the sea, and sports facilities. There are a lot of activities happening, including yoga classes and theater performances. The restaurant offers a great selection of food with a beautiful sea view.

the food was very poor and food hygeine was lacking. The hotel was in poor repair in some areas.

I had read many bad reviews but decided to stay because of it's nearness to the Palermo airport. We were wonderfully surprised. none of the negatives applied to the hotel at all. Very nice experience, nice staff.

I would like to see something on the dinner menu besides the 30 Euro buffett dinner. I just wanted a salad that night so we ate elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by a well-kept garden and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The hotel provided excellent service, including a car hire service and 24-hour room service. We also appreciated the option to rent bicycles to explore the area. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and the on-site shops were convenient for any last-minute needs. We were impressed by the hotel's medical facilities service, providing peace of mind in case of any emergencies. The airport shuttle was a bonus, making our travel arrangements hassle-free.

Open grounds

We booked and paid for american breakfast but it was only available on our first day. We tried the buffet dinner and the food was unedible. Definetly not a four star resort!

Breakfast buffet is really very basic, coffee is the worst in Italy

This hotel offers stunning views and is situated in a large compound. the rooms are clean and of a good size, with nice bathrooms. They offer a large pool and there is also a beach nearby. On top of that, the hotel provides a free breakfast , which is a great bonus.

The hotel has limited free wifi and offers it only in the lobby.

Close to the Palermo airport, nice view from the pool area, nice little villages around (Cinisi), convenient for visiting Palermo (with own car), friendly staff at the swiming pool.

Room equipment is quite old and a bit worn, very basic breakfast with lowest price items selected, I had seen the biggest ever cocroach in our bathroom, no possibility to get even a coffee when leaving hotel early (before breakfast is served).

I liked the sea, great swimming pool - large and deep. Beautiful area. Not a very good breakfast. The hotel is very expensive to eat - to 30 euros per person and lunch and dinner, and in the district are very few places where you can go. However, directly outside the gates of the hotel - great pizza with a decent kitchen - and very inexpensive.

I loved the stunning sea views and the convenient location of this hotel near the airport and transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The on-site facilities were also fantastic, with an impressive pool and private beach.

Indoor social areas and room furniture in need of a " lift-up".

This hotel is close to Palermo airport and therefore useful as (and only) a last night or first night hote in Sicilyl.

Hotel wasn't very clean. Also the area and infrastucture were somehow unpleasant. I woudn't go to their beach and would not walk around in a neigbourhood. Russians have allready found this hotel! Max. three star hotel.

The hotel has great facilities for all types of guests. The pool is large and clean, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The private beach is a bit of a walk, but well worth it for the beautiful view. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering advice on local attractions and restaurants.

Although the location is convenient for the airport, it is quite far from the town center, meaning you'll need to take a taxi or have a car to explore the area. The buffet breakfast is average at best, with limited options to choose from.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for access to the airport - just 15min drive. The pool was nice. The 'private beach' has potential to be lovely but unfortunately the beach was littered when we were there.

The air conditioning did not work in our room and I was informed that the air con was not working throughout the whole hotel overnight until repair services were coming the next day. Our room was unbearably hot and it was an uncomfortable until the air con started up in the early hours of the morning. The room decor is in need of updating. We did not get to sample the food as it was very expensive to eat there in the evening and our flight departure was too early for breakfast. The nearby town was completely dead on the evening we were there, was a struggle to find somewhere to eat.

Good breakfast, big swimming pool

We had broken shower and we asked for repair first day, repair was done after 2 days, when we ask 3 times and they came to do 10 pm, when we were already resting in bed! Not acceptable in 4 star hotel. Internet connection in the lobby was working only half of our stay
